Growing up, our dad had his camera with him all the time. It was present at family gatherings, days in the mountains, and on his many international trips. Post-vacation slideshows in the basement were a common occurrence in our childhood.

Dad started taking photos with his film Olympus camera in the 1970’s. It wasn’t until 20** that he transitioned to using a digital Olympus micro four-thirds camera. He was taking incredible photos with it but stood by the fact that film photography captured light and subjects in a way that couldn’t be replicated.

Lucky for us, he spent countless hours scanning his many boxes of slides to digitize them. Between these scanned slides and his photos captured digitally, we’ve been left with over 100,000 of his photos. This site is a way to get them out into the world to be enjoyed by his friends and family.
